ANZ Migrate is proud to be a CPD provider.
We currently offer training under the NZ immigration system which meets annual professional development requirements. Our CPD events are structured to provide relevant, up-to-date insights on New Zealand immigration law, policy, and practice management.
Upcoming sessions are published below and include detailed information on topics, delivery format (webinar or in-person), and registration links.
The workshops are presented by James Hall, a registered migration agent for Australia (0428740) and licensed immigration adviser for New Zealand (200800600). James is an experienced CPD presenter and has provided training under MARA approved CPD providers, and workshops for both Australian and NZ migration professionals.

INZ: Intensive Introduction to New Zealand’s Visa System for RMA
A fast-paced, practitioner-level briefing on the Immigration NZ system, covering how visas work, decision-making, document standards, health and character requirements, family members and other key requirements.
We will map Australian visas to NZ where possible, and provide strategies and ideas for processing. You’ll leave with a systems view of policy objectives, evidentiary thresholds, decision logic, and where officers exercise discretion—so you can map client strategies to the rules INZ applies.
